About Us

Rosanne is a small & friendly Bed & Breakfast offering accommodation for up to a maximum 6 adult guests at any one time. We have built a reputation for offering quality accommodation in the local area. A ongoing program of modernisation has enabled us to create a light nautical theme, offering light and airy rooms with a homely feel. We are situated at the top of town near the heart of Kingsbridge overlooking the valley & Kingsbridge town. We offer light and spacious en-suite guest rooms in a comfortable and beautiful setting.  We offer the rare convenience of good parking to our guests, many of whom enjoy the short 15 minute walk down to the quayside. We work hard to maintain an Environmentally Friendly B&B here at Rosanne and we try to set a good example by using environmentally friendly practices in our day to day operations. A Full English Breakfast is included in the cost of our rooms and no hidden extras added such as cleaning charges! We aim to offer all of our guests an enjoyable, relaxing and memorable stay with us.
