  This was the second visit for us and have to say that no doubt the unusually fine weather added to our time away but beyond that our stay at Rosanne... read more B&B was nothing less that superb. We were really made to feel welcome, our room was spotless and had everything we expected and more, the bed was very comfortable too but I note that this is very much a personal preference. There is a super choice for breakfast and did not disappoint with the cooked option providing a great start to the day. Francesca's rock cakes are great treat too and as others have commented, one is never enough.

Lots of information available on the area and again the hosts were able to offer useful guidance and insight on things like places to visit, walks and local restaurants. No need for Taxi into town as it is a few minutes walk and is well worth taking the time to have a little explore.

Francesca and Ed clearly focus on detail and are right on the mark and makes Rosanne B&B a special place to stay where a warm welcome awaits. Thank you both for a wonderful break in Kingsbridge.

We were offered tea and cakes... read more on arrival, which was a lovely touch. Our ensuite shower and bedroom were extremely comfortable, which made for an excellent and restful sleep. They were helpful in recommending evening eateries. Breakfast was very enjoyable, with plenty of choice and we also opted for the cooked breakfast, which again was excellent. We would most certainly choose to return to this B&B again and we would highly recommend it.
